ExpoCook 2020

An explosion of flavors between tastings, tastings, talks and cooking shows

We’ ve been a technical partner of Tele One 19 Live for a few years now, a local TV station that involves us in numerous activities and initiatives that we support with great pleasure because they enhance our territory. ExpoCook is a great example of how catering is celebrated as “Art” on the world stage.

What is ExpoCook?

 

ExpoCook is a trade fair dedicated to the catering sector; it has already been held four times, with taste, in all its forms, being the undisputed star. The fourth edition, in which we participated, took place from 25 to 28 February 2020 at the Fiera del Mediterraneo in Palermo.

 

Food and wine excellence from all over Italy, but also must-haves from the catering, professional equipment, hotellerie and complements sectors. 6 pavilions, 20,000 square metres of exhibition space and more than 150 food & beverage companies that have currently joined the initiative, the number of which is constantly increasing.

 

There will be many moments dedicated to the knowledge of raw materials and cooking methods with cooking shows, round tables, debates and interventions by professionals. Chefs, pizza makers, mixology champions, latte art champions, coffee makers, master pastry chefs and ice cream makers whose common thread is to divulge the importance of the quality of the raw materials used.

We decided to take part in this initiative as a Tele One partner because Food & Beverage represents the essence of our Sicily.

 

Very often our customers ask us for advice on where to go to eat and taste authentic Sicilian delicacies, so we could not miss an event that represents the culinary art.

 

It was a unique experience to meet numerous experts in the sector and to have an exhibition point at the fair.

 

An experience to be enjoyed again in the future!
